Abstract: Thispaperdescribesamodelprojectfordeterminingtheenvironmentalconditionsthatexistinanareausinganarmyoraswarmofrobots.Theserobotsrelocatethemselvesindependentlyofeachother,intheirownprescribedpath.Thisprojectisinspiredbytheextentoftaskthatarecollectivelyaccomplishedbyaswarmofantsorbees,theswarmofrobotsfindtheirutilityinareaswhereenvironmentalconditionsaretobemonitored.Monitoringofenvironmentalconditionsusingsatellitetechnology,stationarygassensorshavetheirowndrawbacks.Satellitetechnologyformonitoringfailswhenanareaistobemonitoredwheresignalsfailtoreach.Similarly,stationarygassensorscannotbeinstalledateverylocation.
